I’m a licensed architect in NYC and a civil engineer by education. When I studied for the exams, I had to read most of the AIA contracts, which took a lot of time.
I realized many online course materials overlook contracts, and most of their questions are outdated or don’t follow NCARB’s official guidelines for tone, format, and difficulty, even though contracts make up around a third of your PcM, PjM, and CE score.
So, I created more than 800 exam-style questions that follow NCARB guidelines closely, covering all the AIA contracts you need.
