Hi, I’m Ilgar, a New York City–based licensed architect with over 10 years of experience.

When I was studying for the ARE, I kept running into the same issue, where most prep materials didn’t cover AIA contracts well and very few reflected how NCARB writes exam-style questions. Much of what I found felt outdated, oversimplified, or too general for the contract-related topics that show up across PcM, PjM, and CE.

So I built the resource I wish I had. AREXAM is a contract-focused ARE 5.0 study platform with 450 exam-style practice questions and 1,050 contract-based flashcards focused on the AIA contracts and forms covered in PcM, PjM, and CE.
