Hi, I’m Ilgar, a New York City–based licensed architect with over 10 years of experience.

When I was studying for the ARE, I kept running into the same issue, where most prep materials didn’t cover AIA contracts well and very few reflected how NCARB actually writes exam questions. Much of what I found felt outdated, oversimplified, or misaligned with what shows up in the CE, PjM, and PcM divisions, where many candidates struggle the most.

So I built the resource I wish I had. AREXAM is a library of 450 exam-style questions designed to closely match the tone, structure, and difficulty of the real ARE, with a strong focus on AIA contract documents.
